Sales personnel went through features of products. Settled on my choice and then they suggested I bring in a flyer from KMS Tools or Summit Tools and they would price match anad beat by 10%. Saved me money in the purchase.

When I went to pick out paint, I had to wait a while for someone to help me get the paint I wanted. The price was good but the srevice could have been much better.

We purchased a new soaker tub from Home Depot. The service was excellent. We love our new tub.

They took a while to actually start (quoted in May, built in September) but was good at keeping us informed (ie. returned my calls). When started, they stayed until the job was done. They accommodated my changes once project was underway and the quality was really good. One more bonus- no need to pay any $$ until job was done.

Received good info for supplies and paint quality. Different brands and relevant info to our needs were explained thoroughly to help us pick the right paint for the different rooms, as needed.
