My wife and I arrived late at the Home Depot in Ajax looking at appliances and Randy in the appliance department took his time to show us the differences between appliances and the differences in pricing !
He did not rush anything and he gave us time to talk amongst ourselves !
He was so professional even though the store was closing !
He even checked all the other stores to compare the price matching? ( which is unbelievable )!!
By the time we got to the front counter Sylvia had to call her office and she was on hold for 15 minutes !
She should have been on her way home by then but she did not complain and she took care of business like a professional to help us !!
Randy and Sylvia are amazing and they really helped us out after hours !
My wife and I felt so bad for them !!
We did offered to come back the following day but Sylvia said no worries and took care of business for us !
We are so appreciative of the way they helped and support we received at Home Depot Ajax .
Anyone looking for appliances or customer service at Home Depot in Ajax should definitely look for these two individuals !
Randy and Sylvia are top notch and it’s hard to find good customer service like that anymore ???
