Home Depot - Langley

I needed a chair and matching ottoman and an oversize area rug. Home Depot was not my first choice in looking at stores because they cross my mind as just a hardware store. I received a Home Depot magazine and I was surprised to see the chair and ottoman I was looking for ... and at an exceptional value. The area rug was very reasonable when I was comparison shopping.

Always a good place to shop for home improvement needs. The products are of reasonable quality and the service is good. The hours of business are great.

I like shopping at the Home Depot in Langley. They are very helpful with lots of employees to assist. I would highly recommend it to friends and family. It’s spacious and it has everything you need. The staff is knowledgeable.

Purchased taps and then the next day found them at Costco for $30 less. I then took them back and had to wait in line longer then I should.

Went in looking for a furnace filter. Could not find a staff memeber to help us. When we finally did find one, had to wait about 15 min. to get his assistance as he was helping others. When we showed him our furnace manual and explained we needed a filter - trying to find out which type we needed he looked at us and said "of course I have no idea what type you need - you need to phone the manufacturer". He was not helpful at all and was quite rude - like we should have known better.

We did a total kitchen renovation. The installatin went far beyond the time frame indicated with other problems coming up. After speaking with the store manager, the project went ahead with very few delays.

They have everything that you need, when you need it. Prices are competitive, and great variety. Always have excellent stock. That said the staff there are not very knowledgable - too young!
