My experiences with HomeTurf Lawn Care so far have been profoundly disappointing and negative. I have paid this company extra money to also service a city-owned area which is right adjacent to my front lawn and their Technicians don't do it. Their Techs. are supposed to ring my door bell before service but they never do it. I want to speak to their Technicians before start of work in order to ensure that the full scope of work area is being applied but a lot of times I have missed this opportunity to do so. Their Supervisors have put Notes on my account for the Techs to read which isn't done.
Overall, I have had nothing but problems in dealing with HomeTurf.
I don't plan on doing any business with them in the future.
