The worst delivery system ikea has. They deal with a company that does not care at all about customers or gives a hoot. You are treated like some piece of garbage. They will give you a 5 hr window for delivery, but it will never arrive. When you call them they will never tell you the truth to you that they are stuck in traffic and than they will tell you that they have other customers to take care off. The 1st time Ithey were late 2 hrs. The 2nd time they were late 3hrs. No communication at all. Iam
just appalled that such a big company like this can do this to its customers. I had spent almost $5000 dollars and also paid for the delivery, it was not like it was for free. So if you want to get anything delivered good luck.
