Spa Motor 2 not working; Bypass Valve leaking
With Brent's advice & support I was able to pull motor 2 out of my Spa myself & take it to who Brent takes customers motors to in Ajax. He also instructed me through repairing my leaky Bypass/Shutoff valve with Epoxy.
Brent patiently answered all of my questions over numerous telephone calls & saved me a fair bit of money. He gave me the confidence for me to handle the repair myself rather than incurring on site x 2 for travel & labour to remove, fix & reinstall the motor & fix the Bypass/Shutoff valve.
It was very refreshing dealing with Brent who gave his customer respect & all the time I needed.
