Excellent service by Vince & Lori at the Barrie location. We purchased an above ground pool from them, and from start to finish they made all the obstacles we encountered easy to resolve promptly. The customer service I feel is excellent they are warm people to talk to asking you feel like you belong at the store for any questions you may have and issues. Always a great welcome and any warranty issues were resolved with one phone call. Patience is the key no one can make things happen over night but they are on it and will get whatever you need done. I am very happy with international pools in Barrie Ontario They made our dreams come true with our family pool. Thank you so much.
