We noticed a lot of critter activity up in our attic and were advised by the Pest company that we had some "holes" in our roof. We called Juff's and they sent someone out to patch up the holes as a short term gap solution. Meanwhile, Steve came out to the house and assessed our roof for us, showing us pictures of the inside of the roof (from inside the attic), as well as from the outside. This was very valuable as we could really see how extensive the wear and tear was on the roof. Steve gave us a very competetive quote on the services, brought samples to our home, and walked us through the entire process. He even played with my kid.
Steve gave us a scheduled date for repair -- very close to my expected delivery date of my second child! When my medical team told me the baby would have to come early, Steve moved up our re-roof date so it would be done in time to bring home our new son. I can't thank him enough for putting a safe, dry and beautiful roof over our heads.
