Our home was affected by a gas explosion 14 months ago, and during the repair work, our home appliances needed to be checked to make sure that they were not damaged. Jim, a certified technician came to our home and reviewed our dish washer, cook top, double oven and fridge. He went through each appliance and wrote recommendations only for work needing to be completed. He was patient with me, as I was hesitant to operate any of the appliances as our home was damaged by a gas explosion. Jim came back a couple weeks later when the parts arrived for the necessary repair work. He was on time, called to say he was on the way, was professional, friendly, explained what he was doing, and didn't leave a mess. He was awesome! I really like the fact that the same person came to my home and I never had to repeat myself. Thank you for helping me get home. Thank you for fixing my appliances so that they are safe to use and operating at optimum function. He even made adjustments so that they work better. I couldn't be happier and I'm so glad I called for the help, and even happier with the technician who came. Please thank Jim again. I called Kampen as we have used them in the past, and our experience was pretty seamless. I was able to schedule service for a few days later. When the technician came, he was quickly and easily able to determine the issue and how to fix it -- which thankfully only required us to defrost the freezer overnight -- no replacements parts needed. It saved us time and money on what we thought might end up being an expensive repair.

We were very satisfied with Kampen Appliance Service. We had some issues with our subzero refrigerator and were very pleased with the serviceman and the work that was completed. The problem was dealt with in a very professional manner, and when additional issues were discovered, accommodations were made to compensate for the unexpected expenses. Serviceman replaced the burners. Checked operation. One is still not working. Returning to replace the last burner. Good job.
