An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Before undertaking our kitchen renovation we had heard such horror stories about ones that had gone bad, but with Kitchen Designers Plus and designer Kelly McLay we had a fantastic experience. Kelly listened to what we wanted and provided us with a great design. She was always cheerful and happy to assist us with any questions we had along the way. She had endless patience as we jointly searched for the perfect kitchen table light. Her great design has provided us with the kitchen of our dreams. Her gentle directions also helped us make decisions on the details that made the result so spectacular.
Kitchen Designers Plus provided us with a schedule in advance of the renovation and every aspect was completed on time. All of the workers were friendly, helpful and left the worksite tidy and clean at the end of each day. Their calm and friendly attitudes helped the renovation go far smoother than we thought possible.
