Kiya Sunrise Electrical Ltd.

This review is long overdue because the service was done in May 2007. We wanted to have our electrical box changed since we had recently purchased an older home. We were very happy with the professional and courteous service provided by Kiya Sunrise. They showed up on time for the job, although we were just outside of the company’s usual service area (border of Mississauga and Oakville). The two gentlemen were very polite, friendly, courteous and professional. At no time did we have to wonder what was going because we were kept well informed. They did everything that they promised, plus more, all at a very reasonable price. We were very happy with the end result and plan to hire this company when we remodel our basement. We highly recommend Kiya Sunrise!

We have used Kiya for a number of different jobs over the past several years. This time, we asked him to install outdoor lighting. As always, we found Kiya to be very competent and willing to go out of his way to do little extras to please us. The work was completed in a very professional way and we are quite pelased with the results

I found Kiya on Homestars and I was very happy with the service level as all of the other reviewers on here have been.

Kiya is extremely responsive - he answered all phone calls very promptly. He came in exactly when he said he would to give me a quote. I got 4 quotes and he was in the middle in terms of price. I found he was above board (not reluctant to bring in an inspector), thorough, and brought ideas to the table - the cheaper electricians didn't do this. I think it was worth the extra money not to go with the cheapest! He also stuck to the quoted price even though we ended up doing a few extra things as the work unfolded. I was pleasantly surprised about that.

Also, his team of guys are VERY hard workers. They started work right away in the morning and put in a tremendous effort, even in the heat and dusty condiditions. They were also friendly and I felt comfortable having them in the house. I really appreciate the work they did.

I highly recommend these guys.

Kiya did an excellent job of rewiring our 100 yr old house. He was very creative at finding ways to minimize the number and size of holes in our walls and ceilings. His team worked diligently to bring our electrical service up to code. A very friendly and dedicated effort.

Kiya is fantastic! We had 33 potlights installed and despite the tight timelines, Kiya's team worked digently to ensure the job was completed on time (actually it was earlier than expected!). Our potlights were installed professionally with careful attention to detail and look amazing. Kiya took the time to explain the wiring and used high quality products. It is hard to find honest, hardworking people that show up early for jobs and keep to budget and Kiya is definitely one of them. We will using him again soon for our kitchen potlights!

After reading the reviews on this site as part of my research, I decided to have some work done by Kiya and was not disappointed. I received prompt, courteous and efficient service. The rates are reasonable and the overall quality of the work excellent.

Kia and his crew showed up exactly on time and got right to work. They were all very friendly and extremely helpful. During the consulation, Kia offered good advice on what fixtures to buy, and where to place them. The installation itself went smoothly and Kia was accomidating enough to allow us to change ceiling fans because we didn't like the look of the first one. The best part was that Kia and his crew cleaned up after the jobs were done and our house looked great! Would definitely recommend them.

Kiya was great. He came to our house and installed a chandelier and installed some new outdoor plugs. He was quick, courteous, cleaned up after himself, and was very reasonably priced. I will definately be using him for future jobs at our place.

Kia has always been a life saver, since our move to Toronto, two houses ago, he has repaired other electricians mishaps, installed lights, electrical outlets, you name it to our century old home and our new home,presently. He has never disappointed us, is always courteous, hard working and never afraid to tackle any project that we require. Wendy

Kiya did a great job. He came right away once we contacted him through this site and even came by on Saturday to sort out paperwork. His team was very fast, very courteous and even cleaned up after themselves - which we find to be rare. From calling him to getting the job done was within a week. Great work.
