Knox Insulation & Roofing

I have a sun room that had old pink insulation fallen from under the floor. I needed to get into the crawl space but could not due to most of the insulation falling. I called Kent at Knox, and after explaining the situation, he came out that evening to look at the space. After giving me a few different options, I settled on Knox coming and removing all the insulation, which included fallen chicken wire and other materials that had been used over the years which needed removal. Kent explained that he would do his best to complete the work within a week. I was extremely pleased to come home two days later and find the job completed. Everything was removed and was totally left spotless. I could not have been more pleased. Knox was very professional, did exactly what they said they would do, and in a timely manner. I work in the customer service field, so my expectations are quite high. I am pleased to say that Knox met them to a tee. I would not hesitate to refer Knox for any insulation work at any time.
