Lawn Buster

I have been using Lawn Buster for the last 3 years and they have exceeded my expectations. The first year I had the basic service, and my snow was removed well within 8 hours. The last 2 years I have had the premium service (within 4 hours). This service better met my needs. Another satisfied customer!

This is the first year I have been experiencing Lawn Buster snow removal services. My experience, however, has not been very positive so far. It is now February 2015, and this year we have only had two snow falls.They do not deliver the services within the time frame agreed upon, their service is incomplete (e.g. they shoveled the driveway but not the walkway, which is part of the plan), they could not be reached and are not responsive (e.g. they have not responded to any of my several calls) and their staff were unfriendly when they finally showed up and were questioned. I hope their service improves; otherwise, I am not going to use their service in future.

I was checking up on another company and came across Lawn buster and was surprised by the snow plowing reviews. I have used their services for over 10 years. This has been the worst winter in 20 years and Lawn Buster has always cleared our driveway and walkway on time. They have been exceptional with their commitment to quality of service. My husband and I are very please and highly recommend them to everyone in richmond hill. Their staff are always pleasant and very easy to speak with. I use them all year around. Thank you Lawn Buster for making this winter a little easier to deal with, now please bring on the spring weather!

Lawn Buster has taken care of my Property for as long as they've been around. Both snow removal as well as Lawn maintenance. First in North York and continued when I moved to Richmond Hill. They are knowledgeable, efficient and lucky for me....reasonably priced. I have recommended their services to Friend's and neighbours all of whom are pleased as well.

I live in the Bayview Hills area of Richmond Hill, Ont. and for the first time I used the services of Lawn Buster Property Services to maintain my grass cutting etc. for the 2013 spring/summer/fall season. Their service was beyond my expectation and am confident that that having signed up for their "Personal Touch" winter snow ploughing season that I won't be disappointed. I will keep you posted.

My husband obtained the services of Lawn Buster for our lawn maintenance when the company started up in North York many years ago. Several years later we had them look after our property year round until they relocated to Richmond Hill. We ourselves moved to Richmond Hill in early 2005 and immediately took on their services once again. We have found this company to provide a reliable service both in their summer and winter programs. Personally we would highly recommend this company to anyone within their service area. Their commitment to their business and customer satisfaction, not to mention their fair pricing, has seen Lawn Buster succeed in business for many years.

Worst company ever. Did not come to clear the snow until the next day (over 24hrs later) and when contacted were the extremely rude and basically told me "too bad you already paid" I would never ever use them and I warn people that this is the absolutely worst company, service and people to deal with. I had to shovel my driveway being pregnant with 2 little kids which is why I paid for this service and they just didn't show up at all in fact when we called they said they were there at noon which is 100% false as I was shovelling the snow for over 2 hours from 11:30 to 1:30. They decided to come the next day at noon after I had already called and asked them to cancel the contract and give me my money back ($250) to which they replied forget it you already paid.
This company awful you should never take more customers than you can deliver to, and at least have the decency to apologize and offer some sort of compensation or discount for the future, instead they chose to be extremely rude. They do not deserve to be in business.

I live on weldrick and I am pleased with lawn buster personnal touch service. They guarentee within fours hours after most snow has fallen they wll be there. They have a great service and even if you don't get the personnal touch service, your guareented snow removel eight hours after most snow falls. Thank you for your time and I highly recommened them.
