I would never trust lawn savers. I had their sales agent Diego confirming to me through an email that I would be charged $298 including taxes for the below:

Spring LawnSavers Visit (1)
Late Spring LS Visit (2)
Summer LS Visit (3)
Late Summer LS Visit (4)
Fall LawnSavers LS Visit (5)
Aeration & Custom Overseeding
Kelp Chinch Damage Revitalizer

I was very clearly told that my front and backyard would be managed for that price. So they come out and do the aeration and only my front yard is managed. When i inquired about it i was told by Stephanie that i am only signed up for the front yard and i have a pool in my backyard. I really do wish that i had a pool in my backyard but i don't. Then i get charged $322 on my card and am committed by Stephanie that they would compensate me and get this fixed. So today when i followed up on it, i was told that because they are also doing my backyard, they won't be charging me anything extra and are charging me the full amount. Will the owner of lawn saver please look into this issue and make sure that your sales team does not over commit. I have all the communication over e-mail regarding the issue. I am extremely disappointed and just want my money refunded.
