Bench works like a seesaw (Design flaw)

Bought a Bench from Leon's. When kids/guests sit on the bench it flips from the other end as the bench is too light in weight and cannot hold onto the weight of the person.
Brought it to Leon's Mississauga location and they say it's all ok and won't refund or replace the purchase.
Couple of kids/Guests have fallen down already. Leon's does not care if anyone would be hurt
