We purchased a Queen mattress Premium, Queen Adj and Mattress Protector. The salesperson did not tell us that this bed is not coming with a bed frame so after our delivery we started to set up our bed and then we figured that out. We went to another store to purchase our bed frame. Finally, we came home to finish setting up our bed AND there was ANOTHER surprise! The salesperson ordered and charged a KING mattress protector. I called LEONS South side right away 10 minutes before the store closed and I explained what happened and they said that: They can exchange it but not today because the store will be closed in 5 minutes. I explained that I won't wait until tomorrow because I paid almost $3300.00 for my bed and I WANT TO SLEEP IN MY BED TODAY. I spoke with the supervisor by phone and she said the same thing. Also, It's not my fault to choose the wrong size. And I don't want to make my bed twice when is NOT my fault.
I agreed with other reviews, they DON'T CARE after they got your money. I spent $3300.00 and Leon's CANNOT exchange one little thing to make me happy because NO ONE can stay 20 minutes after work. Customer service by phone is very poor, unprofessional, and it's NOT a good service at all. They should be more professional and bring better service to customers. I did not heard any apology from the Supervisor.
