Loc Tite Interlocking

Have signed a contract over 7 weeks ago, and have not been able to get anyone to come and get the work started! The owner Greg has been unresponsive to our attempts to contact him directly. I have spoken to the secretary as well as the Client rep who signed up the contract and i am not getting any answers and i have no idea when the work will get done.

I had torn down my deck over a month ago and now have a safety hazard in the my yard for over a month now.

I'm very disappointed and am waiting to see what my options are to get this resolved. All i want are answers, all i'm getting is the runaround.

I will update this review only once i have had some sort of resolution.

Greg I've been trying to contact you during the past few weeks. None of our calls have been answered. We've also spoken to your wife. She said she sent you a txt about our front steps and that in fact she had looked at the steps. Your employee George said that they were not constructed properly in the first place, and to fix the problem he wanted an extra $350, all in cash.

P.S. In response to your reply Gregg, I'd like to say that I expected the steps to last past three years without needing repairs. Anyhow, your wife did speak to me about the rating. So I'll make a change if that'll make her happy.

I had a complain about the repairs of the house and they came and fix it for me.
they still didn't finish the work, but the owner himself came, and promised the work will be completed

From my first meeting with Foti until my job was complete all aspects were A+++!!! I was extremely pleased on how timely the project was started and completed. Work started when it was promised. I was informed when the crew would be there to tear out the old interlock, deliver the new stone and then installation. All of the guys were very friendly, extremely hardworking and considerate. All were very professional and did a great job! I especially want to thank Cordell and Nick for all of their hard work and long hours they put in to make my walk perfect. It was quite obvious that Cordell and Nick take pride in their work!

From the moment we got a visit from Foti our job was A1. Work started exactly when it was promised, within one week of signing. Workers were very friendly, extremely hardworking and considerate. Gregg and Rob (main bricklayer) hed some fantastic ideas to make our interloc dreams come true! Gregg understood my need to save my bushes and trees and helped me transplant them. The crew, was fast, paid attention to detail and were great to have on our property. The job is absolutely beautiful, we were so happy we decided to add the driveway!
The crew were in and out in 4 days total for a big job. They came early, stayed late and Rob and vernon (?) in particular never stopped even for a break. All the guys did a great job and I commend them for their hard work!

After deciding to go ahead with this project, we were extremely pleased with how timely the project was started. All along we were notified of the timeline and the job was complete within 3 days, including cleanup! They were very professional and did a great job! I love my new patio and walkway.
A huge shout out to Nick and Cordell , who worked long hours and through rain and shine. It became apparent that this team not only wanted to get the job done, but they truly took pride in their work! They had great attention to detail, excellent workmanship, and a friendly manner.
I would reccomend them to anyone.

I really needed to interlock my front and back yard so I emailed two places for estimates. Foti from Loc-Tite was the first to respond. He came over, listened to my needs, drafted a design and gave me a quote on the spot. I reached out to two more companies but came back to Foti. He was honest, professional and most importantly, gave me the best price. However, that is not why I want to recommend Loc-Tite.

I read some of the negative reviews on this page, liked how Gregg the owner responded and decided to email him. The next morning, I received a call from Foti promising to get the job done at the price I wanted. A few days later, the crew came to prepare the base. A week later, the crew came back and spent over 10 hours to complete the job. I asked them to remove my existing concrete slabs and my BBQ and they did that too.

Thank you Foti, Gregg and the Loc-Tite team. They definitely came through and executed my vision in a very timely fashion. I would definitely recommend them to anyone with interlocking needs. Save time and money and call Loc-Tite!

I had these guys do my job several years ago and I would classify Loc-tite as a company to avoid! Could they have gotten so good that they now deserve ratings close to 10?

Let me just start by saying that they came in like a bunch of drunken sailors and did the 80% of the job fairly quickly (2-3 days) but I had to wait for months before they came back to finish it. They laid the interlocking pavers rather poorly with cuts all hacked up, some areas too low some too high. Base preparation was poor with rather uneven digging and used a mixture of sand and screenings whatever they had handy from other jobs I suppose.

I've had two interlocking contractors do work for me and this one was by far the worse of the two. STAY AWAY.
