I recently had my yearly plumbing inspection from Lodder Brothers . The technicians phoned half an hour before scheduled appointment time and arrived right on time. Chris and Jeff were friendly but at the same time professional. They conducted the necessary inspections, explained what they were doing and answered my questions about the workings of the water softener. They explained that they could clean out the salt tank when it needed doing.thanks Jeff and Chris for a thorough but expedient inspection.

Chris and Jeff conducted the annual plumbing inspection in my home as part of my Universal Protection Program. They identified the issues quickly and were very polite and helpful while they completed the work.

It sure helps to helps to have someone with a sense of humor around, when you're dealing with a plumbing issue. I called Lodder Brother's because of a water softener and pipe issue, and they were here immediately. Quick, professional, funny and so helpful. Chris and Jeff explained exactly what was going on, told me how to fix the issue in the future, and immediately put me at east. Thank you so much, guys!

From the time I called to the time Lodder Brothers arrived they were very professional. Jeff and Corey arrived at exactly the promised time and immediately got to work on my plumbing problem. When I called, Lodder Bros. was very flexible when scheduling our visit which is preferable to having a general time slot. I was concerned that our toilet was too small a job, but I was told that they would come & fix it. Corey Ross arrived promptly. He was very professional in his attire & conversation! I was very comfortable having him in my home. He quickly evaluated the situation & gave their cost. Cory completed the work in a very efficiently manner and explained everything to me. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions about my old dishwasher too. Which he also checked to see that it was hooked up correctly. I know who I'll be calling to install my new dishwasher. Anyhow, the toilet & shut off valve are fixed and working well! Thanks Lodder Bros.!
