the customer service I experienced was great Kyle spears the plumber , did excellent job on fixing the leak. I would recommend them.

Sean and Joe were very efficient at getting this job done by noon. No corners were cut and care was taken to ensure all aspects of the plumbing re-routing were done correctly.
This is my second job with Lodder Brothers in less than a month and very pleased with the quality of work, service and follow-up by Sean following this installation and answering my question prior to accepting the initial quote. Great group to deal with and Office staff is very organized and in sync with specific plumbers workloads.

Kyle arrived on time, was friendly and courteous and quickly assessed the job and provided an estimate. The work to remove and cap an unneeded kitchen stove gas line was completed in short order. He was respectful of our home and fully informed us about what was being done. We were very satisfied with the job and would recommend him and Lodder Brothers.

Had some pipes left open after a water heater removal that were not sealed by water heater rental company (of course). After noticing a leak, Lodder Brothers was able to arrive the same day, fix the leak and seal 2 open pipes within 15 minutes of arrival. Straightforward, professional and a company we can count on. A good price for peace of mind.

The kitchen sink was clogged and Lother Brothers was able to fix it. We were also given tips on how we can avoid this issue to reoccur.

DJ came out to flush our tankless water tank and replace two baskets in our sinks. He was very knowledgeable and explained in detail what was being completed. Would highly recommend DJ and Lodder Brothers!!

The Lodder Brothers technician replace a non functioning water softener, flushed two tankless water heaters and replaced an outside water faucet. The work was completed promptly. The technician was courteous and efficient and took the time to explain what he was doing. A good experience.
