Do yourself a favour if you live in Durham Region and want to change your windows and doors and call this company NOW!!!! I made the mistake of going with a larger company my first time and had issues with them when things didn't go right. This time around, I called Luke's Windows and Doors and had the most relaxed and enjoyable experience when it comes to renovations. Mark and Chris are extremeley professional, friendly and effecient. The owner Mark takes care of every step of the process from day 1 and does the installation himself with help from Chris. They completed 3 windows and a sliding door in a day and cleaned up as if they had never even been here. I will be calling them back next year to complete some more windows! Great work and thanks!

We had Mark and Mike come in after seeing many of their signs around the neighbourhood and talking to the people where there work was done. We are 100% satisfied with their work and would gladly have them come back to do the other windows. Very honest, hard working guys and I would highly recommend using them.

We are so happy with our new windows!! These guys were so easy to deal with from estimate to cleanup after installation. We had a budget which did not include replacing all of the windows. At no time were we pressured into something we weren't comfortable doing. Some of the other estimates we received had to be signed and required an immediate deposit to qualify for any discounts being offered. This was not the case with Luke's Windows and Doors. During installation, our inconvenience was kept to a minimum and the quality of the workmanship (i.e. trim etc..) was top notch. Thanks so much for all of your work!

We had Lukes Windows install new windows for us in December 2018 and are thrilled with the how efficiently and professionally the process was – from the initial measuring and quoting to the few days of installation.

Mark ensured we had windows to meet our needs and budget, and recommended aluminum capping that worked with our house colour. The days of installation went smoothly. There was no sign of window installation at the end of each day and the extra detail that went into my bay window ledge and trim – they went above and beyond!

We had Mark out to meet with us regarding the replacement of our windows and a front door. From our first meeting to the last day of install both Mark & Mike were a pleasure to deal with. Service was top notch, install went well, on time, very professional and they clearly have a passion for good workmanship. The windows look amazing and my front door is beautiful. I would highly recommend them in a heart beat.

We awfully needed to replace the old windows but we’re frustrated at prices that most window companies offered. Luckily, we tried Lukes Windows too and were on cloud nine when the friendly and caring staff proposed the options we could afford. As for installation, it was flawless and the experts gave us a few useful tips on maintaining our new vinyl windows. We’re much more than thankful to you!

We are very pleased with the work that Mark and Luke just did in the replacement of three original (~ 60 years old) doors and two storm doors. The workmanship was topnotch and took two full days of steady work. Being an older house they took extra care to make sure adjustments were made so that all seals, jams and fittings were snug. Work was completed on time and on budget. Strongly recommend for any door installation or repairs.

Best reno ever! Mark and Luke did a superb job of replacing a really messed-up kitchen bay window and a routine dining room window. They arrived exactly on time, got to work right away and completed the job in roughly 2 days. They were very pleasant and positive to deal with and cleaned up the mess perfectly. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or to have them back for more jobs at my home. Excellent job in every way!!!
