Shortly after the product was in installed in my shower one of the walls buckled. I went to see Rudy about fixing, literally more than 60 times. The first 30 visits to the shop his daughter said that Rudy would come by my home to get the problem fixed. The following trips to MM products Rudy himself to my cell number and again said he would get back to me. The last time I spoke to Rudy was in May 2020 and I got the same crap. Once he gets your payment forget about having defects corrected. I’m disgusted with his customer service. I highly and I mean highly recommend not doing business with MM Products. He will look you dead in your eyes and tell you that they will fix that problem knowing good and well that he plans to do nothing. I wouldn’t trust him as far as I could throw him. TOTALLY UNTRUSTWORTHY!!!!!!!
