The company paved our driveway last year (2016). I have been calling them and leaving them messages about the issue with the driveway, some parts are sinking and sides are breaking, since last year. They did not call me back even once. The call center taking messages said that Mike picks up messages regularly. I am concerned and like them to call me and rectify the problem in a timely manner. I am not sure what to do at this point.

We are sorry you feel that way. You did call several times and we have returned your calls. Michael had even stopped by to take a look at the driveway. Unfortunately you have claimed that when we paved back in 2016 that we made your driveway smaller. That unfortunately is not the case. You had called me almost a full year later and claimed the driveway has suddenly shrunk in width. You had never mentioned anything when we were paving the driveway or even after we had finished it and you were writing us a cheque. If you require more space in your single garage driveway you can always apply for a permit for a driveway extension with the city of Toronto. Of course the city has many bylaws in regards to driveway width so without any permits the driveway can not legally be extended.
