We are very pleased with our project undertaken with Marcon Construction this year. As an organization they were prompt, respectful and very supportive at every stage of this end to end renovation and extension of our existing home. In the design and planning phase, their willingness and clarity in discussing all options and explaining the details made it very easy for us to clearly understand and set our expectations.
With regards to schedule the projections were based on reality, there were no lapses and or delays and we were able to complete the project ahead of the timeline and within the defined budget. All of the Marcon employees and 3rd party trades worked at a very high standard of skill and experience and were always willing to take the time to answer questions, explain the process, listen to our concerns and make adjustments as required. Beyond that, they were a great bunch of folks and we were able to have some fun on the way as well!!
The final product definitely exceeded our expectations and the support and responsiveness after delivery has been the same high quality as day one. We are very pleased to have chosen Marcon out of a number of initial contenders and would heartily recommend them to anyone considering any size of construction or renovation project.
