The hundreds upon hundreds of 10 star reviews for Maret's seemed almost too good to be true, but I was proven wrong. They earned their high score.

Maret, Marlene, and their team are professional, efficient, thorough, and prepared.

Marlene came by for my estimate and it was clear that she cares about the work and making clients happy.

On the morning of the job, Marlene and her team arrived early and were fully prepared, with ladders, carts, buckets, and all the supplies they'd need.

Even though the previous owners had cleaned the unit, the difference before and after was still astonishing. Really, it was hard to tell the place had been lived in.

They were upfront about pricing as well. To be honest, the initial estimate was a little eye-popping, but after seeing the work, it was apparent that the time spent was justified. And even then, it took fewer hours than quoted, which reduced the final bill and was a pleasant surprise.

Still, it wasn't a cheap project, but it was definitely worth it to feel like the first real tenant in the unit.
