This is the second time we have used mega city. We used them a few years back ar our old house. Tom is very knowledgeable, reliable and hands on.
THE ROOF WAS DONE IN ONE DAY AND THE CREW TOOK CARE WITH THE HOUSE AND CLEANED UP AT THE END OF THE DAY. TOM CAME BY AT THE END TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS OK!!!

MY NEIGHBOR HAS ALSO USED MEGA CITY AND WAS ALSO VERY HAPPY.

ROOF - I dealt with Tom and he was so professional. When he came and gave me an estimate, he was thorough, he went on the roof and he was by far the best estimate we got. His job was neat and he worked efficiently. My roof has had no problems since it was redone.

We were very pleased to have Mega Roofing redo our 25 year old roof. They recommended using Rain Shield around the perimeter which was an excellent product. They completed the work while we were on vacation and we were pleasantly surprised to have all the work professionally done and the clean up work was excellent.

Our roof was leaking and it was difficult to find a roofer who would help us because everyone we talked to were booked. Tom fixed and replaced everything for us, pointed out specific areas of concern, and explained everything, very friendly and professional. Price reasonable, in the middle. Answered our questions and is honest.

Last year, Mega City did three of our roofs, and we were really impressed. This year, we have another problem -- HUGE scary icicles and ice damming. So I call Tom again, and they came pronto over here and did an excellent job of safely removing the huge ice blocks from the roof - and even during a snowstorm!
But then Tom went through great lengths trying to help diagnose exactly what the problem was that caused this in the first place and trying to figure out the most economical way to deal with this problem, looking at the attic, the insulation, the venting, the drainage, everything that he could think of.
He promptly got back to me on all phone calls, and was more that happy to answer all questions, and to teach me as well!
Tom, you are amazing once again in how you care, and really went the extra mile to help. I can't thank you enough.

From start to finish, everything about Tom and his work was first-rate. The estimate was detailed: it promised a more thorough job than the cheapest bidder, yet came in at half the cost of a well-known company that subcontracts the work. His advice on material, colour, etc. was right on the mark.

On the big day, Tom and his crew arrived on time and looking presentable. They were very friendly at all times. They did whatever it took to get the job done right, working hard and leaving the property safe and clean after finishing.

Tom also went to bat for us with anyone he had to, so that any issues were taken care of. No matter when we called, he was always polite and prompt.

Tom and Mega City deserve a rating of 100! Tom and his crew reroofed my house after ripping off two old tired layers of singles. They showed up on time, and cleaned up throughly. However this reveiw is more about who Tom is. While they were refoofing they noticed that I did not have a flex hose that should have gone from my bathroom vent directly outside. My vent was just going into my attic causing condensation build up. Tom took it upon himself to return to my house and installed a flex hose on his own time and only charged me for the small amount of material. With anyone else they would have just walked away - but not Tom! While he was crawling through my attic he discovered countless empty cardbaord boxes thrown all thoughout the attic. He removed everyone and helped me bundle up all the cardboard waste. Tom was my hero!!! This man really cares about the workmanship of himself and crew and goes beyond any contractor I know to help make everything right. Thank you Tom. If you're looking to hire a roofer - Mega City Roofing is the only company you should hire! I am so grateful. Hire this company!!!!!

The first major decision I had to make after my husband died was a new roof. I had no idea how to go about it, and it was clear to the people I went with. They told me they gave me their best 25 year shingle, and now 12 years later the shingles are crumbling and breaking and were not properly installed over the eaves in the first place and the fly-by-night company that did the work is gone.

Having been a widow a long time, I have lost lots of trust in people I have do work for me. I felt I could trust Tom and his crew. After signing with them, I had a beautiful new roof a couple of weeks later - and with his warranty behind his work, I feel safe. There was no mess and they were even careful to preserve the area where I had just planted grass. The roof is beautiful, just what I wanted. He even showed me how to keep the roof looking better longer. For me Tom has honesty, integrity, and pride in his work. He also takes the time to let you know he cares about you.
