Have used this Molly Maid group for over 6 years on a regular biweekly basis. Nice to know that they will be there - not dependent on one person so if one is on holiday, another person will be there. Any issues (very few in five years) are resolved immediately and their office support is excellent. Also a fair degree of flexibility if I have had to reschedule.
Had used a few other services without success - they did not do the same quality of cleaning and were always changing the cleaning team.
