This was our second time hiring Monaco Interiors. We knew we could trust Revi and Steven to provide quality service.

We wanted renos to be done to two bathrooms and they were very flexible to meet our needs. They completed earlier than I expected and managed the construction to have minimal impact to our lives.

Can always count on them!

Monaco interiors and her company is been fantastic. We didn't really know what to do with our spaces in our home. Revi came in with some really great ideas. she got a great eye for design and the outcome could not have been better. So grateful for her and their team. Highly recommended!

She is very professional and she totally understands what we are looking for. She has an eye for color and design like no other. What we thought what we originally wanted in the home she came on and was like no that won’t work here is why reasons: abc and she was so right. We love what she designed for us keeping in mind our tastes and preferences and made what we wanted into a reality with the tweaks that worked and we did not think about.

Revi always came back with many different options and that allowed us to see many different things and ideas so we didn’t have to wonder about anything.

She also keeps cost in mind. Never going out of our budget but being realistic on what things.

Revi and her team were great to work with. They gave us a lot of different options and designs that would really maximize the space we had to work with. The answered all the questions we had and provided insight into parts we would not consider. Overall a great experience.

Revi and her team at Monaco Interiors did a great overall job at executing our kitchen renovation project. Being an older house (> 100 yrs old), the project presented several unique challenges. For instance, as the floor was uneven, we had to forego the original design of herringbone wooden floors. As this was one of the design aspects of the reno that I was most looking forward to, letting that go was tough. However, I know that Revi spent a lot of time and effort into trying to get the floor for me, and, when 3 different contractors said it was not possible without significantly exceeding our budget, she tried her best to get me a floor that I am still happy with.

One caveat we experienced was that the final touches and attention to detail were a bit lacking. Because we are perfectionists, we did notice some things that perhaps would not bother others. For instance, there were areas with paint splatters on the floor, a small area with crooked tiles and light switch plates, and a gable that appeared crooked (due to uneven floors). When we mentioned these, Stephen promptly addressed them. However, they may have been caught and addressed by Revi the designer had she been to the home to check everything and add the final touches, but I believe she did not visit until after the project was already complete and we had moved back in to our home.

Overall, Revi and Stephen were easy to work with and were quick to address any concerns we had as the project progressed. They were able provide their expertise in the design and construction elements of the project and were mindful of our budget, while accommodating our wishes and vision. Despite the challenges and a few surprises, Revi and her team were able to complete the project on time, and we are very happy with the results.

After purchasing our house we knew we wanted to complete some renovations in multiple areas of the house on a strict timeline. This included a new powder room, new kitchen, painting, renovate bathroom and new laundry room.

Revi and her team showed up to meet us and was well organized and professional. After meeting with other companies we decided to go with Monaco Interiors.

We encountered some water leak issues (due to issues prior) and Revi showed up immediately and reassured us not to worry as her team had it under control. The problem was fixed immediately and she was very responsive.

Both Revi and Steven are professional and honest people and I would hire them again in a heartbeat. We love our new home thanks to Monaco Interiors.

When we bought our house, the one thing that we really hated was our kitchen. After hiring Revi to renovate the kitchen, it’s now our favourite room in the house!

Revi worked her magic on our old 1980’s style kitchen that was cramped to the point where only one person at a time could really work in it, and turned it into an elegant, modern, functional kitchen in which several people can cook and bake at the same time (and even eat, courtesy of a built-in banquette and some gorgeous custom furniture)! This was accomplished using the same footprint; no structural changes were made. She took all of our dislikes, made sure they never came back, and then checked off every item on our wish list. During the initial consult, she asked our daughter, who is an avid baker, if she’d like a dedicated baking centre. Of course the answer to this was yes. Our daughter now has an area all her own which accommodates her equipment and supplies, and lets her bake to her heart’s content.

Revi worked within our budget and helped us prioritize what was worth spending on, and what was worth saving on. While the kitchen is very functional, she ensured we had some catchy ‘fun’ elements that add a lot of personality to the space. Her suppliers and trades were also excellent. Big shout out to Don the electrician (one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet), and the Oakridge kitchen team (artisans in their own right). We certainly got our money’s worth and beyond with high quality materials, and truly professional workmanship and installation.
Steven, the foreman (also Revi’s husband), was amazing and very considerate as well. I had casually mentioned to Steven one day that my son and I both had asthma like symptoms. He took it upon himself to come back at the end of each day to clean up to make sure there was no dust to be found. Usually this type of reno creates a massive mess, but it ended up being surprisingly clean. Steven’s attention to detail ensured a quality job was done and no corners cut or missed. He gladly went above and beyond, even contacting the city to ask them to come out to fix our gas meter for us (a problem with the supply side, not the house side) and oversaw their repair! He also oversaw delivery of a couple of extra appliances that had nothing to do with our kitchen.

The Monaco Interiors team made what is normally a very stressful project, an easy one. The end result is stunning. Revi’s design vision was executed perfectly and it shows beautifully. Everyone who has come over and seen the new kitchen has given us great compliments on it. Ultimately, the compliments we have received we now pass on and attribute to Revi, Steven and everyone they pulled into our project. Thank you for an incredible job!

So pleased with the service, quality and knowledge that Revi provided during our recent kitchen makeover. Her help with choosing the perfect designs and cabinetry colors was outstanding. Our kitchen is simply beautiful !!
