The electricians didn't identify the electrical problem in a circuit in our home. Later, we found a faulty electrical outlet.
They "up-sold," convincing us to replace 16 pot lights by saying that all the lights should be replaced; and if we didn't replace them, the bill for finding the problem would be $385 and there was no guarantee that their "repair" would work. The lights have a 5 year waranty.
Less than a year later, two of the new lights began to flicker. I called the number on my invoice from MR Electric. My call was forwarded to Ohio. I was told that the location in Vaughan isn't in business and no one is responsible for the warranty or repairing faulty workmanship.
The situation is very unsatisfactory, so be careful. I would never recommend any MR Electric franchise.
