I just bought a new home and wanted to get a thorough plumbing inspection. I emailed the company on Sunday night and received a call within 20 minutes. I didn't have my phone on me but Amanda left a message and I called back the next day. It's incredible how fast they were in getting back to me on Sunday.
I booked the diagnostic and was told that they would arrive between 12-3 on Saturday. At about 12:45 Daniel Thomas arrived. He was professional, knowledgeable and personable. He performed the diagnostic and answered all of my questions. He did exactly what I wanted and I will heed his advice. Great experience with Mr Rooter and will give them a call when ready to fix the issues brought up in the report.
