The office lady was very polite and welcoming. We explained our concern, and she offered same-day service. So, to suit our schedule, George came the next day at 9:30 a.m., well within the time slot promised. Then the magic began, for he quickly diagnosed the problem and thoroughly explained what action was needed. At every step, he showed what his pipe inspection camera recorded and the result after flushing the system.
