New Design Renovations

I hired Ken to renovate my kitchen/living room making the area open concept and he did an awesome job. In 4 days the work was done and I had a lot more space in the house! He is also extremely friendly and has great contacts to obtain products at reasonable prices (e.g., cabinets, countertops etc.). Highly recommended!

Ken was a pleasure to deal with and completed the work required efficiently and to a good standard. In particular, he was excellent at working through any issues and came up with excellent solutions to these issues when they arose. He was the only reasonable quote we received and will definitely use his services again in the future if the need arises.

Work involved constructing a new interior wall and closet, and creating a new door opening in an existing interior wall.

Repaint an apt, replace light fixtures, caulk the tub and replace sink water valve.
Painted another bathroom, put mirror and towel bars.
Excellent work quick, neat work and friendly service.

Ken did an amazing job on our bathroom. He was great in helping us bring our vision to life, and had some suggestions for how we could make it even better. He was very clean throughout the demo and build, and chose some very nice fixtures and tiles to compliment the design of the bathroom. When he ran into some electrical issues from a previous renovation Ken promptly hired a certified electrician to come in and straighten things out. We're loving our new bathroom and the extra storage space that was added. Ken was easy to work with and communicated status updates regularly. I'd highly recommend New Design Renovations, and will be using their services again in the future.

Renovated the kitchen with new cabinets and countertops, scrapped the popcorn ceiling to make it flat, added pot lights, painted, changed out the bathroom vanity, toilet Ken did a great job in the renovation! Makes the place much brighter and more modern. Would definitely recommend again.
