So just in their nature not all contracting jobs are a straight line start to finish. I judge a firm by how they navigate the path to successful completion and post payment service.
Northland provided super advice on planning the job. Very responsive email on planning and coordinating all the services. Most importantly when a few things poped up after I paid, they continued to be prompt and helpful.
I know they are not the cheapest. But I'd use them again and recommend them to my friends.
