Ok... earlier I rated this company much lower ("Product Good-But Service from start to finish a pain in the butt boondoggle" -Dec. 15)
but shortly after I did so, Stan Greenberg a.k.a.Stan the Window Man president of CCHI contacted me to discuss my review. He explained the current challenges in the marketplace, eased my concerns and offered me the royal treatment should I choose Consumers Choice next time.
Stan Greenberg is a charming and likeable fellow, and after all is said and done, we really do business with people because we like them. I will definitely use CCHI again!
