The initial person who came out to quote was rude and disrespectful and requested an immediate sign-off by my wife on a quote of a few thousand dollars without allowing any concurrence from me. When she mentioned that she would have to run it by me he immediately crossed off the "sale" price and left. Ridiculous.
Fortunately a follow-up call the next summer put us in contact with Larry who was courteous and accommodating (one would think these are minimum requirements by anyone in sales but apparently not nowadays). The installer was very good and completed the job efficiently despite a lag of a few days being scheduled at another location. All in all I was pleased with the job save for the initial hiccup.
