After buying a brand new wood-pellet grill, I noticed immediately that there was defect in the grill, resulting in heat loss and uneven cooking. Ontario Gas BBQ refused to help in any way and referred me to the manufacturer (even though the grill was brand new). The manufacturer referred me back to the store...This continued for two FULL years -- the grill simply rusting meantime -- until the problem was resolved by another dealer (who has won my repeat business!). Rest assured, I won't be buying a barbecue from them again, nor deal with this manufacturer.
Shop around and you will find better deals and service elsewhere.
I don't generally post negative reviews, but in this case I feel that the full picture needs to be painted so others don't find themselves in the same situation. Caveat emptor.
