Although these guys are capable of making a solid steel frame with cement board on the outside, they are completely useless when it comes to the finishing details like matching existing stonework or installing a counter to work around existing features already in place, like a downspout . They are way overpriced and they just want to sell you their own overpriced materials rather than accomodate your requirements.
