It is not the ice storm, but it is one of the coldest day this winter. The heater broke down. I called PC Control systems and they tackle the situation immediately and I am very impress with their efficiency and care. What really impress me is that they are willing to "walk the extra miles" for me. They travelled all the way to west side of Mississauga to get the part on the coldest day instead of waiting for delivery, so that my heater is up and running that night. Their workers are professional, knowledgeable, and caring for my devastation. I thank Philip and Tom for their excellent services.
