We have used this company 4 times now. This a/c installation job was professional and thorough. The team was Ray and Shaan who came to our house this time. They worked together and we would welcome them back again.

I needed a new hot water tank and Terry answered all of my questions regarding the different tanks and pricing.
I replace my hot water tank today (July 7th). Ray and Shaan came at the scheduled appointment time and did a great job removing the old water tank and installing the new water tank. They were very professional in their work. They were very careful while carrying out the old tank out and bringing in the new tank . They were also very pleasant to talk and answered all of my questions. After completion of work, they left the work area neat and clean.

Marcel and Franklin installed a new A/C unit at my house.
They relocated it from the back to the side of my house.
They did a great job with no mess. They also noticed that my furnace piping was not up to code. It was the wrong tubing and had no air intake from the outside. They corrected all the piping to my furnace and made it look perfect on the outside as well. They installed a flush mount so the pipes would not just be hanging out.

Peel Heating and air-conditioning replaced my 20 year old air conditioner. Their expert spent about 3 hours checking out my house and the AC requirements. The deal was signed and paid by check. Next week at the appointed time two technicians (Marcel and Jonathon) arrived.

Both technicians were knowledgeable and polite and carried out the entire installation (including removal of old equipment) in about six hours. They also rectified an out of code gas pipe installation.

All work was done professionally. The commissioning of the unit will be done in May 2016. The Unit is fully warranted including pressure testing after one year of commissioning.

So far I am pleased with what I have got

I replaced both my AC and Furnace. They arrived on time and started removing the old furnace. Marcel who installed the furnace and Allan installed the AC. The quality of work they did was AAA+. After the installation they explained everything to me. The area that they worked on after the installation was absolutely very clean and neat. No hanging wires all tubing are very well installed including the humidifier. Our sales consultant, Michael Johne was very knowledgeable on what the equipment he is offering. He can be reached anytime if you have questions and explained to me how the furnace/thermostat works. Overall, i will give them full 5 stars. I can highly recommend this company to anyone. Well done guys. I have no regrets whatsoever with this company.

The 17 year old furnace, previously installed by Peel Heating, stopped working on a Friday night. I called for service on Saturday morning and a few hours later Tamer came over to inspect the problem. Unfortunately, the heat exchanger rusted out and the furnace had to be tagged as unusable. Dave Greene came over on Sunday to show me my options for a new furnace. Because it was February and there was no heat, Dave put the install in as a top priority. Marcel and Alan showed up bright and early the next morning. There was a bit of a glitch installing the new thermostat. Older homes tend to have surprises behind the walls. Sean arrived to sort the problem out and found a creative way to get the thermostat installed. Thank you Tamer, Dave, Marcel, Alan & Sean. You were all professional, exceedingly informative, polite, and my home was left in pristine condition. The new furnace is great. I'm very pleased.

had furnace,air conditioner and hot water tank installed,happy with the installation,only problem was when i went to turn off the main shut off valve before going on vacation i found it had been broken,so i couldn't turn off the water ,very disappointed with the company"s response as they were the last people to use the valve when installing the hot water tank and denied any responsibility.
finally found the handle under the tank,maybe the mice carried it there

Exceeded expectation by doing what they said, when they said, at the time they said. The technicians were thorough and careful about our carpeting, the floor coverings used were very good. Michael Johne followed up with inspection and the appropriate government claim forms already filled in as promised. All our questions were answered. Thank you.
