I needed to have the old Phantom screen replaced - it had been there for a long time and had some tears in it. I called the company and they gave me $100 credit because I already had their product. They removed the old one and installed the new one in half hour. The new product is improved because it has a latch in the handle. The technician was courteous and professional.
