Recommended by our kitchen designer. I was not expecting "jobber" grade quality with exposed screws. They are also totally inflexible with time lines and I had to keep on them to barely meet it. Big letdown.

- Improve their product finish cosmetics. Be more flexible for their small job customers and provide faster delivery.

Unfortunately Tom you haven't provided enough information for me to follow up. By all means please call me and we can discuss directly. We always try to be accurate with our timeframes as it is difficult to turn some products around inside of certain supplier lead times. I'm not sure about your 'jobber' comment as we do offer different product lines for you to choose from. Most screens are exposed to some extent as they need to be removed.
