I had a slow leak in my pool back in June of 2020. Mike came out to look at it and found no pressure in 2 of the jets. He took some pics and then my visa was charged $523.12 with no invoice sent, no description of when and why I was charged so much.
I tried numerous emails and phone calls requesting an invoice and have received nothing. They just took my money.
Would not recommend Pool Craft for the very poor customer service.

Thanks for taking the time to speak with me. As discussed, our records show you emailed our office once in June and I do apologize for the oversight. I have arranged for my service tech to return in April 2021 to verify the leak has been repaired. Until then.
