Installation of a new sump pump and a back up system

Had some issues getting them back in but after some calls and emails, all is good with new sump pump set up. I would have given 5 star if service return didn’t take long, but once there all was good.

Company Response

Hi Leila, We are sorry that you are unhappy, but we did provide 2 options on the system before we began. One was better but the lid wouldn't fit, and the other was inferior and the lid would fit. You told us that you were going to have a custom radan lid produced by another company and chose the option that suited your needs best. Unfortunately you found out that you could not find a lid after the installation. In any event we have since come out to resolve the issue for you at no additional charge. We hope that you can revise your review to reflect a more accurate description of the events. Thank you for your business!
Sincerely,

Installation of a new sump pump and a back up system

We used Priority Plumbing to replace our sump pump on a day that we were quite desperate - the previous pump failed and it was raining hard. Matt arrived promptly and explained what he could do. He sold us on a non battery back up system. I explained since the pump is in our laundry room and having a toddler meant that we needed to have the pump be sealed as it was before. He completed the job promptly, but seemed to suggest that getting a lid should not be a problem - what a misrepresentation! I have been contacting companies for the last few months and I cannot find anyone that simply puts on a new lid. He left us with a set up that cannot be sealed. We also have not heard back after contacting the company to address the open pit in our finished basement.
