Adt Protectron - Out of Business

These guys installed an alarm in my home 3 years ago. Luckily I have only had false alarms, but the company has been very prompt in their follow up calls. They have excellent customer service and will def. recommend this company to anyone.

they are reliable, respond quickly and very pleasant to work with. when the repair to our bathroom window was needed, they came right away and were very tidy and professional.

They did pretty good job, but got very sloppy after the installation. It has been a year since we requested battery change. Technician came and said he has to make arrangement for a new system. We are still waiting for that.

I found the company on the internet. I found their prices to be cheaper. i did not have any issues and do like their service. I feel that I would recommend it to another family.

This is the third home that i have had installed ADT alarm and I have nothing but good things to say about this company.

ADt has very reliable and knowledgeable staff . We had them install an an additional sensor for the garage door which most new builds do not have. Service is great . We have been satisfied customers ever since.

Terrible service, over priced, lack of knowledge, will put you on hold for more than 25 minutes to connect! Consider local company, PLEASE do not use ADT Security! Not worth it.

I built my home two years ago - from the start I knew that I needed home security and not just the regular alarm stuff. I wanted to go all out with cameras, swipe cards, intercom. I called a dozen companies Most were commercial-industrial security companies. Almost every one I talked to trembled or stuttered for one reason-they didn't know what they were talking about. One person stuck out though. My sales rep knew everything and brought solutions to the table that not only met what I wanted, but even created more wants, he just knew what I wanted. ADT prewired the house with about a hundred wires and still charged me a third of what the electricians wanted. Any questions, that myself or the trades had, they answered promptly. When my house was coming to a finish, I had four installers for a whole week to get everything in. Not only did they finish ahead of schedule, they were quick, efficient, smart and highly professional. Overall, I'm very satisfied. If these guys can pull off a big system, they'll run circles around the smaller ones.

This company has setup a way to never let you cancel or close your account. If you have a password they ask another question to prevent it. Terrible cust. service, they won't let you speak to a manager, ignore letters, faxes and emails and systematically defrauding public by denying the ability to cancel service mo after mo. We dont even live at the address anymore.

Worst company to deal with. Staff is horrible. Send ppl into my home one of whom not even employed with them & destroyed my house. Very unprofessional! Had many arguments with many of the staff trying to resolve the issue. It got to the point that we were ready to file a law suit.
