Quality Restorations and Renovations

We had to get our original slate roof replaced urgently a couple months ago. We got an amazing service from the time we contacted Doug to the completion of the roof by Ilia.
The same company rebuilt our chimney some years ago too. We were very happy with their work.

Doug and his team replaced a *very* run-down front porch with a very smart-looking traditional Toronto front porch. We are very pleased with is, as are the neighbours!

We partnered with Quality Restoration and Renovations to fully renovate our second floor bathroom. We are thrilled with the results. The team were incredibly knowledgable and professional. We are now embarking on a bigger project with the same team to do the main bedroom, ensuite and walk in closet. We can't wait.

Doug was very friendly and knowledgeable and seems to have a lot of past and current experience with multiple types of (decking) projects. His team that were working here were also great! Very friendly and helpful.
It was a bit of a tricky situation to do 3 decks (3 townhomes) in our tight little space but they did it, and were clean and organized.
So far, the composite decking seems to be much easier to maintain than wood, and I really like the colour!
I will say it took a bit longer than expected - I get delays happen - but potentially taking on a lot of projects at one time results in others get pushed back so that was a bit disappointing.
Overall, I love my deck and have gotten lots of good use from it since
being finished! :D

Doug and his team replaced my deck, front fence and added a gate on the side. They were very professional and friendly and completed the job to my satisfaction and within the budget we agreed upon. The team were very prompt, worked diligently, communicated well and completed the job within just over week. They also made sure to clean up once the work was done. I contacted Doug as well as two other companies and he provided the quickest and most reasonable quote. The guys who built the deck were professional and efficient and took care to detail. I would definitely have Quality Restorations back again for other services. The deck is absolutely beautiful and we are really enjoying it.

We had several quotes for a 2 story rear addition but right from the start Dougs was the most thorough. Doug and his team went through all of the details with us and ensured we understood the complexity and where things could be challenging. The work done was exceptional and you will never find a harder working and more talented group than Mike, Andrew, Dale, Brad, Mike (electrican) and Wes. Doug oversaw the project perfectly and when the city requested additional items (sump pump) the costs were kept to a reasonable level.
We were building during a pandemic but they never let supply chain issues become a challenge. When they encountered issues they worked with out architect and engineer to come up with cost effective and properly done solutions. I am not one to make a recommendation lightly but I cannot recommend them more. In fact once we enjoy the existing house for a bit, we will get them back to do a few more items!
