We are pleased to recommend Den, Darwin and the crew from RCC Waterproofing to any homeowner with a damp or wet basement.

In our case, Darwin and his crew dug a trench by hand along one basement wall (during our winter deep-freeze!). The trenching revealed two cracks in the concrete block basement wall, and a completely blocked weeping tile system. The crew first sealed the cracks, then installed a flexible, waterproof membrane and replaced the plugged weeping tile system along the length of the wall. To prevent the new weeping tiles from becoming plugged again, Darwin recommended that a sump pump with battery backup be installed, which he completed on the second day of the job.

We were particularly impressed by the knowledge and experience of Den, Darwin and the crew – and for their consideration for us while the work was underway, especially by completing a thorough cleanup at the end of each day.

Thanks to the hard-working crew from RCC Waterproofing -- who completed the necessary work quickly and well -- we have a dry basement once again! We are delighted!
