Basement Waterproofing- Weeping Tiles
My wife and I had our entire basement waterproofed by RCC. Prior to RCC starting work, we received quotes from several other companies. Besides a very good price (which is always an important factor), RCC was the most professional company we dealt with. Rick took the time to go over every step of the process, write the quote and draw a diagram so we knew exactly what work would be agreed upon. A lot of other companies did not want to invest the time in potential clients like RCC did. (They would rather give a quick price and hope you sign a contract.) There was no pressure at all and he had no problem answering questions (even a few days after our meeting).
The people who preformed the work were very polite and professional. They always provided me the opportunity to see each step of the process. After, Tony (the president) even came over to make sure everything went OK. We are so happy the days of mopping up parts of our basement after a snow melt or rain are over. Now, I don't have to worry every time it rains and I am not home to mop. I have already recommended RCC to others and will continue to do so.
