We made a mistake when we hired RCC Waterporofing
Our mistake was paying in full once the excavation and waterproofing was completed. The contract clearly states that grading, recommended no earlier than six months later, is included. 24 months later they have not completed the job. Countless phone messages go unreturned. Emails almost never responded to. The only way we were sucessful in getting a response was with the suggestion of additional work to be done. We were visited by Joe, a nice man, who saw that the grading had not been done and responded that he "would put a call in". That was over two months ago and no contact. I don't think he really cares as the hint of additional work was just a ruse.
If you are considering hiring RCC be aware and my advice is to not pay in full until the grading is complete.

I am sorry you had this experience with getting your grading done. As per our contracts you are entitled to one free grading whenever you like and we recommend at least 6 months.
This is a very minor job and we include as a free. No other company offers this. It is a small touch up we do for customers in case there is any settling. That's how I know you are a customer for sure. But no excuse if you had to make that much effort to get us there and based on this review we still have not come? I would love for you to reach out to me and please provide me all the emails you sent as we have such a great customer management system we keep track of all calls and emails phots videos etc.so would really like to know how this glitch has occurred. Which is not good!! I am the president and work from the office everyday so you could have asked for me as I do provide my office and cel number in all our sales packages. I want, and expect only top notch service from my company. But rest assured you did not make a mistake hiring us. You primarily contracted us to stop a leak and waterproof your basement. This is what you paid for and based on your review has been done. The free grading has caused us so many issues over the years that we have decided not to include it in our contracts anymore as of 2020. Its not to say we will not do it for people but by putting in contract people feel the job is not completed. We also would come back a second time or third if it settled again. We are always in the neighborhood so it really costs us nothing. Again I am sorry you feel like you made a mistake. I am usually always at office so yourself or anyone can come by at anytime or call at anytime I would love to hear your experience with our company. We cant improve unless we know what people don't like or do like. Not much gets done when when writing a review and I have no clue who is writing it?
