We had the back of our house waterproofed several years ago by RCC. Recently we had a very small amount of water come in following a major rain storm.
We called RCC and they had a representative (Den), return our call promptly. He also came out in a timely manner and assessed the problem. A few days later a crew came by and did the necessary work.
It is a pleasure to have work done by a company that stands behind its warranty, returns calls right away, and gets the repair completed as quickly as possible.
