Den and Roys crew at RCC were amazing. Did exactly what was quoted. Showed up on time daily, protected the job side with tarps outside and runners inside. The team completed the job on time also cleaned up the site better then I would have thought. The RCC team really impressed me and would definitely use them again on future homes and highly recommend.

RCC completed a waterproofing project at our home to solve a water entry issue in our basement. Working with Anthony to review the project and requirements at the onset was a very easy process. Anthony was very knowledgeable and provided good recommendations to allow us to find the water entry point. Once confirmed, the pricing we received was reasonable and a team was scheduled to complete the work very quickly to suit my needs. The crew on site (Raymond and Eddie, plus a couple others) were on time, easy to communicate wtih and did a good job on schedule. No extras were asked for and the team provided good feedback along the process to keep me informed of what they found. The final product was exactly as I they had advertised. Finally working with Lachante in the office too coordinate payment and scheduling etc. was very smooth.

I had a water leak in the basement and hired a company beforee RCC to stop the leak but the leak was still there and even i had waranty with them i didnt trust them so ihired RCC and they fixed the leak.I am very happy with the service, Den and Ryan did an excellent job.

Our120 year old house had some basement issues. After contacting Lachance in the office, I received a call from RCC sales representative Anthony. He was quick to set up an inspection of our leaking basement walls. It didnt take him long to recommend the work that needed to be done. The quote seemed fair and we scheduled the job for almost immediately. That was 2 years ago and we have had zero problems. I recently discovered that another section of the basement (on a different level) has water issues as well. After another call to Lachante and a visit from Anthony, we discovered that there were some outside drainage issues (small fixes). Anthony suggested we hold off on doing any work inside until we are absolutely certain that the water is coming in from where we think it is. If it doesnt come in, then the small fixes worked.

I would highly recommend RCC to anyone looking for an honest opinion.
