Roto Rooter Plumbing And Drain Service

Experienced a drain blockage. The first service person snaked the inside drain only. Charged me $345. The blockage persisted. I called to request service again. It turns out that the first guy should have snaked the outside drain since tree routes were blocking the sewer pipe. The second guy snaked the outside pipes and charged me another $345. He said "well, it is just your word against the first service guy who screwed up".

I complained to the office administrator who agreed to give me a 15% discount. Guess what...I never did get the discount. Never mind that they should not have charged me anything for the second service call.

I will be taking my future business elsewhere.
